I personalize a program for you and we train via whatsapp video 1-3 times per week. I coach strength based calisthenics programs as well as calisthenics dynamics.

I provide personalized programming for calisthenics skills and strength.

$200/month for programming (no check ins)

$350/month including weekly check ins via whatsapp video calls and whatsapp messaging as needed

I coach in person calisthenics workshops for various levels. These are typically isolated events (rather than recurring), in which attendees learn how to improve their skill set. Workshops often focus on a specific skill or a few similar skills such as handstands, back flips, muscle ups & levers, beginner dynamics, and intermediate dynamics. Prices vary based on location.

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

I coach skill based and strength based (as well as hybrid), personal training sessions. Skill based can include dynamic and/or static calisthenics skills.
